My name is Susan Lucey, I am the Administrator/Financial Director. I have been working for Red Balloon since August 2002. I have an Associate Degree in Accounting from Western Technical College and my Administrator's Credential for Early Childhood Education.
I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs.
Hey there, I currently serve as the Senior Director, and have been with Red Balloon since 2013. Originally from Madison, I have worked in the child care field since 1999 in all types of positions, and have lived in the La Crosse area since 2011. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UW - Eau Claire, as well as an Early Childhood Education Administrator's Credential.
Outside of work you can find me running around spending time with my husband, our young kids Archie & Arlo, and our two crazy dogs Jovie & Renner!
My name is Kat Lawrence, I am the Kitchen Director for both locations. I have been working for Red Balloon since December 2017. I started with Red Balloon as an infant teacher before joining the Administration Team as the Food Service Director in 2019.
I enjoy racing and bonfires with my friends and family.
